About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Germanspeaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team for a leading banking project. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service by handling calls and chats while resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. This position does not involve any sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls chats and backoffice systems.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer queries related to banking services.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Participate in training programs and ongoing coaching to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Shift Details:
- Weekdays:
- Early shift starts at 09:00 AM and the latest shift ends at 23:00.
- Weekends:
- Earliest shift starts at 08:00 AM and the latest ends at 17:00.
- Required to work two weekends per month (this could be a full weekend or split shifts over two weeks).
Training Schedule:
- 7 days of intensive training (09:00 17:45) followed by a 3day nesting phase.
- Continuous coaching and s development will be provided during employment.
Breaks:
- 1 x 45minute unpaid break per shift.
- 2 x 15minute paid breaks per shift.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native German and at least B2 level English.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and problemsolving ss.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary:
- 1350EUR gross per month (10.95% deductions) for the first 6 months.
- After 6 months: 1400 EUR gross per month.
- Bonuses:
- Performancebased bonus of up to 250EUR contingent on meeting KPI .
Relocation Package:
We offer two flexible relocation options for candidates moving to Cyprus:
Option 1:
- Arrange your own accommodation and flight and receive 1000 from the company to ist with relocation expenses.
Option 2:
- Book your own flight (up to 300 will be reimbursed for flight costs).
- Stay in companyprovided accommodation for up to two months:
- First month: Free
- Second month: 100
- If you leave before the end of the second month a daily fee of 13 will be deducted from the 300 flight reimbursement for the days stayed. The remaining amount will be transferred to your bank account.
