ARQUIMEA Research Center (ARC) part of ARQUIMEA was born in 2019 with the aim of inventing the technologies of tomorrow. We focus on Deep Tech solutions with a very high impact on the markets and/or future global challenges. We rely on a productoriented strategy market diversification and internationalization to achieve a sustainable growth with the aim of creating the technology of tomorrow. Our projects arise from the convergence of exponential technologies or Deep Tech: Nanotechnology and Materials Sensors Drones & Robotics Biotechnology & Genetics Artificial Intelligence (AI) Quantum Technologies Networks & Security Digital Manufacturing.
We are looking foran Electronics Engineer to join our team. The main task will be the design and test of electronic systems.
Tasks to be performed:
- Work in a multidisciplinary team researching and developing electronics equipment for different sectors (industrial biotechnology robotics photonics).
- Design and implement embedded systems setups.
- Testing of electronic devices.
- Participate in tasks related to new product development including planning task estimation design design verification peer review integration and release.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical project doentation.
- Participate in the ysis and specification of electronic subsystems and participate and lead design reviews.
- Plan and execute tasks in collaboration with the product team to ensure project objectives are met.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware development process improvements in collaboration with engineering management.
Required ss experience and candidate profile:
- University degree in Electrical / electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position.
- Experience in component testing excellence in laboratory equipment use and setting up test systems.
- Solid knowledge in og and digital electronics design.
- Knowledge in firmware design for microcontrollers.
- Knowledge in design schematics and PCB layouts for mixedsignal electronic circuits with Altium designer or other ECAD tools.
- Knowledge in circuit capture tools as well as simulation tools at system and circuit.
- Knowledge in electronic instrumentation.
- Proficient in English.
