Responsibilities:
- Lead the design installation and maintenance of thermal insulation systems for industrial projects.
- yze blueprints and technical specifications to determine insulation requirements and select appropriate materials.
- Oversee the application of insulation to pipes ducts equipment and structures ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Manage insulation customization including cutting shaping and fitting utilizing hand and power tools.
- Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing of insulation materials to optimize performance and longevity.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to uphold insulation integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- Supervise a team of thermal insulation engineers and technicians providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure timely project completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities including materials used and work performed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Thermal Engineering or related field preferred.
- 610 Years Of Experience.
- Proven experience in thermal insulation engineering or a related role with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Indepth knowledge of insulation materials techniques and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and communication ss.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
