Job Description: Real Estate yst

Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and ytical Real Estate yst to join our dynamic real estate investment team. The Real Estate yst will play a critical role in conducting market research financial ysis and investment modeling to support strategic real estate investment decisions. This position requires strong quantitative ss real estate market knowledge and the ability to provide insights to optimize investment performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research and ysis of real estate markets including property trends demographics supply and demand dynamics and economic indicators.
2. Financial ysis: Perform financial ysis including investment underwriting cash flow modeling pro forma ysis and sensitivity ysis for potential real estate investments.
3. Investment Due Diligence: Evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities by yzing property financials lease agreements tenant profiles and property management reports.
4. Valuation: Conduct property valuations using comparative market ysis (CMA) discounted cash flow (DCF) ysis and other valuation ods to determine investment feasibility and valueadd opportunities.
5. Investment Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to ess investment returns perform scenario ysis and support decisionmaking on acquisition disposition and et management strategies.
6. Market Trends: Monitor real estate market trends regulatory changes and economic factors impacting real estate investments to provide insights and recommendations.
7. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare investment memos presentations and reports summarizing investment opportunities financial ysis and recommendations for senior management and investment committees.
8. Risk essment: Evaluate investment risks including market risk financing risk operational risk and liquidity risk and propose risk mitigation strategies.
9. et Management Support: Support et management activities including performance monitoring variance ysis and strategic planning to optimize property performance and investor returns.
10. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including acquisition specialists et managers and finance professionals to execute investment strategies and achieve investment objectives.

Ss Required:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate Economics Business Administration or related field (Masters degree CFA or relevant certifications preferred).
• Proven experience as a Real Estate yst Investment yst or in a similar role within real estate investment et management or real estate finance.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment principles financial ysis and valuation odologies.
• Proficiency in financial modeling including Excel Argus Enterprise or other real estate financial ysis software.
• Excellent ytical and quantitative ss with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
• Strong communication and presentation ss with the ability to convey investment ysis and recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational ss and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team demonstrating initiative and problemsolving capabilities.
• Ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential financial information and sensitive data.
