Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior FinTech yst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is pionate about financial technology and eager to develop their ytical ss in a fastpaced environment. The Junior FinTech yst will ist in yzing financial data identifying trends and supporting various projects aimed at enhancing our technological solutions and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data ysis: ist in collecting organizing and yzing financial data to provide actionable insights.
- Report Generation: Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance market trends and other key metrics.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies in the FinTech sector.
- Project Support: Collaborate with senior ysts and other team members on various projects providing datadriven recommendations and insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving data collection processes ysis techniques and reporting ods.
- Doentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate doentation of ysis processes odologies and findings.
- Stakeholder Communication: ist in communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Data Science Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in a financial ysis data ysis or FinTechrelated role is preferred but not required.
- Technical Ss: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and financial modeling software.
- ytical Ss: Strong ytical and problemsolving ss with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication ss with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and odologies in the FinTech space.
