Overview: We are seeking a motivated Junior yst to join our dynamic venture capital firm. As a Junior yst you will play a crucial role in supporting the investment team by conducting market research financial ysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in the venture capital industry and contribute to the growth of innovative startups.
Responsibilities:
- ist in evaluating potential investment opportunities by conducting market research and industry ysis.
- yze financial statements business models and investment metrics to ess the viability and potential return of investments.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review and decisionmaking.
- Support the due diligence process by gathering and verifying information from target companies.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and industry trends.
- Collaborate with senior team members on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or related fields.
- Strong ytical ss and proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Interest in technology startups and venture capital.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or work experience in finance consulting or venture capital.
- Familiarity with venture capital investing and the startup ecosystem.
- Knowledge of valuation techniques and investment ysis.
