Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Trading yst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Trading yst you will play a crucial role in supporting our trading operations and isting senior traders in executing investment strategies across various markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Trade : ist in the of trades across different et cles including equities fixed income derivatives and currencies.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough research and ysis to identify potential investment opportunities ess market trends and gather relevant data to support trading decisions.
3. Risk Management: Collaborate with risk management teams to monitor and yze portfolio risk exposures implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Trade Support: Provide administrative support to senior traders including trade confirmation reconciliation and settlement activities.
5. Technology Utilization: Utilize trading platforms and technology tools effectively to streamline trading processes and optimize efficiency.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment strategies identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new trading strategies.
7. Communication: Maintain open communication channels with internal teams external counterparties and brokers to facilitate efficient trade and resolve any tradingrelated issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance economics mathematics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets trading principles and investment strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel Bloomberg Terminal and other financial ysis tools.
• Excellent ytical ss with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal ss.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior internship or work experience in trading et management or financial services is preferred but not required.
