Overview: We are seeking a talented Venture Capital Investment yst specializing in AI and Machine Learning technologies to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our venture capital firm you will play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities conducting due diligence and supporting portfolio companies focused on cuttingedge AI and ML innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and ysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities within the AI/ML sector.
• Evaluate potential investments by yzing business models financial statements and market dynamics.
• Perform detailed due diligence including technology essments competitive landscape ysis and management team evaluations.
• Create financial models forecasts and valuation yses to support investment decisions.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investment committee review.
• Monitor and support portfolio companies providing strategic guidance and operational support as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry developments regulatory changes and competitive landscapes impacting AI/ML startups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Computer Science or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in venture capital investment banking private equity or management consulting with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms applications and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to perform financial ysis including proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication ss with the ability to articulate complex ideas and investment theses clearly and concisely.
