Job Description: As a Ventures Investment Portfolio yst you will play a crucial role in managing and yzing investments within our venture capital portfolio. You will be responsible for evaluating potential investment opportunities conducting due diligence and monitoring the performance of existing investments. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our investment strategy and portfolio growth. You will work closely with senior investment professionals entrepreneurs and other stakeholders to drive successful investment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial ysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing portfolio companies.
• Prepare investment memos presentations and reports for senior management and investment committees.
• Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
• ist in negotiating investment terms and agreements.
• Build financial models and perform valuation yses.
• Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to support growth initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Provide recommendations for portfolio optimization and et allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in venture capital private equity investment banking or corporate finance.
• Strong ytical ss with the ability to perform detailed financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent communication and presentation ss.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of startup ecosystems technology trends and emerging markets.
• Professional certifications (e.g. CFA CPA) are a plus.
