Overview: We are seeking a motivated Venture Capital Investment Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers handson experience in venture capital investment ysis deal sourcing due diligence and portfolio management. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in finance startups and entrepreneurship with a desire to learn and contribute in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

• ist in conducting market research and industry ysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Support the due diligence process by yzing financial statements business models and market trends.
• Prepare investment memos presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help manage relationships with portfolio companies and support ongoing monitoring and reporting.
• Participate in meetings with entrepreneurs industry experts and potential coinvestors.
• Contribute to adhoc projects and initiatives as needed by the investment team.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong ytical ss with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
• Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Pion for startups technology and venture capital.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or coursework in venture capital investment banking private equity or a related field.
• Familiarity with databases and tools used for market research and financial ysis.
