General Manager

Strategy Formulation:

• Develop the department's strategic objectives and KPIs in alignment with the company's overall strategy and the directives of the direct manager. Create action plans, ensure effective implementation to achieve these objectives, and set individual goals as needed
• Monitor and control the of strategies and action plans, aiming to achieve the department's operational results, reduce risks, and ensure accurate decision-making
• Manage sales and oversee ordering processes
• Control promotions and publishing activities
• Take a hands-on approach to P&L management and forecasting
• Follow up on service agreements and approvals
• Oversee the creation of annual sales plans
• Track daily sales performance
  

Budget & cost Control:

• Create the department's annual budget and ign targets and responsibilities to ensure that all employees operate within the allocated budget
• Track and manage expenses in comparison to the approved budget, and resolve any discrepancies to ensure performance remains aligned with budgetary goals
  

Policies & Processes:

• Oversee, maintain, and enhance the department's policies and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, laws, and regulations, and ensuring their proper implementation
• ist in auditing the financial records of the business unit/operations and collaborate efficiently with external auditors
• Carry out any additional duties related to the role as igned by the direct manager
