Job Description
- Provide constant and attentive care, ensuring the infant's safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
- Feed newborns according to the parents' schedule, including breastfeeding support or bottle feeding
- Change diapers regularly and manage the infant's hygiene, including bathing and dressing
- Create a nurturing and soothing environment, helping to elish sleep routines and ensuring the newborn is comfortable
- Engage the infant with age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities to promote growth
- Track and doent developmental milestones, feeding, sleep patterns, and any concerns, sharing regular updates with parents
- ist with light housekeeping related to the infant, such as sterilizing bottles, washing baby clothes, and maintaining a clean nursery
- Ensure the infant's space is organized, safe, and equipped with necessary supplies
- Stay aware of any potential health concerns or issues and respond appropriately to the infant's medical needs
- Work closely with parents to align on child-rearing philosophies and ensure seamless communication regarding the child's care
