CNC Router operator

This role requires a strong understanding of CNC machinery precision machining and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and integrity

Set up CNC router machines for each job based on specific design files and blueprints.

Ensure the correct tooling and materials are used for each project.

Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize performance and reduce waste.

Inspect finished parts and materials to ensure they meet design specifications tolerances and quality standards.

Troubleshoot machine issues tool breakage or programming errors and make repairs or adjustments as necessary.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Ensure that all CNC router operations comply with company policies and industry safety standards.

Requirements

High school / Diploma education with 3 years of Experience in the same field.

Knowledge in Aspire Vectric Software is mandatory.

A keen eye for detail and resultsdriven approach. Knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.

Good communication skills.
