Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location:
Remote (MST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1300 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our sales team. This role involves managing customer calls crossselling services and building strong relationships with clients in our database. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferably from Mexico is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Call existing clients from the database to offer additional services (Insurance Tax/Bookkeeping Real Estate).
  • CrossSelling: Use provided call lists and scripts to introduce clients to other services we offer.
  • Client Communication: Handle inquiries and concerns from existing clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and followups.
  • Follow Scripts: Adhere to call scripts while ensuring personalized communication with each client.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferably from Mexico).
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM software is a plus.
