Remote UAV Software Engineer With AI Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop software for desktop and realtime embedded environments in UAS
• Design and implement AI algorithms for autonomous flight object detection and decisionmaking systems
• Create robust scalable software solutions meeting aerospace industry standards
• Develop realtime software for UAV avionics and desktop applications for Ground Control Stations
• Implement AIpowered simulation applications for training and testing
• Collaborate with international teams for requirements gathering and software specification
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of software components
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science AI Machine Learning or related field
• Proficiency in C C C# and/or Python
• Strong background in AI and machine learning particularly in computer vision and autonomous systems
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similar
• Familiarity with .NET WPF MS Visual Studio and GitLab
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles (Waterfall Agile) and testing methodologies
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in RTOS and embedded environments
• Knowledge of avionics aviation or UAV domains
• Expertise in computer networking and cybersecurity
• Familiarity with Linux OS and VMware Virtualization
• Experience with Unity game development engine for simulations
• SQL and database knowledge
