Job Description

As a Sales Team Leader you will oversee a team of Sales Advisors ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional results in a B2B sales environment. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring individual and team performance managing absenteeism and attrition and conducting regular performance reviews to motivate your team. Youll foster a supportive and collaborative team atmosphere driving engagement and ensuring that Advisors are rewarded and recognized for their achievements. You will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and driving process innovation to streamline sales operations. Through handson management you will review sales calls and interactions ensuring that the highest quality standards are met. Youll also collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to address client feedback and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally youll have a direct role in ensuring client/campaign issues are handled promptly and efficiently contributing to a continuous improvement culture that benefits both the team and the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet sales and performance goals.
  • Continuously review team performance address absenteeism and reduce attrition.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and monthly oneonone coaching sessions.
  • Ensure the team operates in a positive collaborative and teamworkoriented environment.
  • Provide clear guidance with a focus on achieving team and company sales targets.
  • Foster open communication and keep your team informed of updates and best practices.
  • Monitor sales calls to ensure quality standards and KPI targets are met.
  • Drive engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding team performance.
  • Take part in process improvements to drive efficiency and better service delivery.
  • Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Russian with strong written and verbal skills; good command of English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales operations or team leadership (ideally in B2B).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a BPO/contact center environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate a team with a track record of driving sales performance.
  • Familiarity with sales KPIs customer satisfaction metrics and B2B sales operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
