Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Commercial Furniture Installer/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery assembly and installation of commercial furniture at various client locations. This role requires a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport furniture to and from client locations using company vehicles.
- Assemble and install a variety of commercial furniture including desks chairs workstations and cubicles according to manufacturer instructions and company standards.
- Inspect furniture for any defects or damages before and after installation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries installations and any issues encountered.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during transportation and installation.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on company vehicles.
- Assist with warehouse duties including loading and unloading furniture.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in furniture installation and assembly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy furniture items.
- Flexibility to work varying hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
