Job Description
- Drive successful performance of employees; address performance and ensure employee relations are resolved timely.
- Manages supports and monitors all Home Equity loan processes including processing underwriting funding and member service.
- Ensure proper workforce planning and resource planning.
- Monitoring SLAs and reporting on productivity turn times and volumes to the director.
- Working knowledge and understanding of the department budget.
- Collaborates with other management team leaders to ensure overall goals are achieved.
- Recognizes areas needing improvement and takes appropriate action.
- Updates creates monitors and tracks monthly statistical reports to provide to management.
- Serve as back up to the Director.
ALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree in business finance or management preferred.
- 7 years of experience in Real Estate Lending required.
- 5 years or management experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of home lending compliance and regulations.
- Working knowledge of Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead and influence.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to organize and handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
