We established in April 2023 is experiencing rapid growth with its engineering team doubling in size within a year.
In this context we are looking for an exceptional UI/UX designer who can lead UI/UX design while considering product direction and actively contribute to shaping our product strategy.
Job Description
In this position you will be involved in the development of applications that dramatically improve operational efficiency and productivity by leveraging generative AI technology.
You will create prototypes tailored to customer requirements and take the initiative to define development projects and necessary requirements that are crucial for enhancing our products and business leading the design organization in this effort.
Specific Responsibilities
- Create design prototypes based on PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)
- Ensure consistency in design across the entire application
- Improve existing UI/UX from a design experts perspective
- Develop UI/UX designs considering the products direction
- Review UI and propose improvements
- Collaborate with Product Managers to create designs aligned with product strategy
- Conduct user pain research hypothesis validation and problemsolving
Attractions of This Position
As a UI/UX designer you will be engaged in the development of new AIbased applications with the opportunity to:
- Design UI/UX that enables interactive interactions between users and generative AI
- Understand the characteristics of generative AI such as long processing times and nondeterministic results and design userfriendly interfaces
- Design UI/UX to effectively deliver various types of AIgenerated content including language processing images and audio
Minimum Requirements

- Over 3 years of practical experience in product design as a UI/UX designer.
- More than 1 year of experience using Figma (ability to utilize features like Auto Layout and Variables).
- Experience collaborating with PdM/PjM software engineers test engineers and infrastructure teams to develop services.
- Leadership skills and communication skills to engage and drive others.
- Decisionmaking skills using data.
- Fluent in Japanese.
