Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Croatian.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding products troubleshooting and general assistance.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while delivering highquality service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Engage in process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Native Croatian speaker with strong communication skills.
  • B2 level proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
