Job Description

We are seeking Night Toolpushers with experience in deep drilling to be based in KUWAIT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct the night crew including Drillers Derrickhands Floorhands and other rig personnel.
  • Assisting the Senior Toolpusher in directing and controlling all operational functions of the rig while on tour.
  • Ensuring the safety of personnel and operations by adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices.
  • Overseeing and coordinating drilling activities including well control and maintenance.
  • Conducting regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Collaborating with other rig personnel to optimize drilling performance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of all rig activities.
  • Participating in emergency response procedures and drills as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
  • Experience of 3years as a Night Toolpusher with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above in deep drilling operations.
  • Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).
  • Safety training certifications (e.g. H2S First Aid Firefighting).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
  • A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to hazard identification and mitigation.
