Job Description

Position Overview: The Associate Strategic Planning Analyst will play a key role in supporting the strategic planning process by analyzing market trends financial performance and competitive landscapes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate insights effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to highimpact projects and grow within our strategic planning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis:

    • Collect analyze and interpret data related to market trends business performance and competitive activities.
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decisionmaking.
  2. Reporting and Insights:

    • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  3. Strategic Projects:

    • Support the development and of strategic initiatives and projects.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather insights and align strategic plans with organizational goals.
  4. Process Improvement:

    • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient planning methodologies.
    • Assist in the implementation of best practices in strategic planning and analysis.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Engage with various departments to gather data understand business needs and provide analytical support.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between strategic planning and other key areas of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in strategic planning business analysis or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other analytical tools; experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
