Position Overview: The Associate Strategic Planning Analyst will play a key role in supporting the strategic planning process by analyzing market trends financial performance and competitive landscapes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate insights effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:
- Collect analyze and interpret data related to market trends business performance and competitive activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decisionmaking.

Reporting and Insights:
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Strategic Projects:
- Support the development and of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather insights and align strategic plans with organizational goals.

Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient planning methodologies.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices in strategic planning and analysis.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with various departments to gather data understand business needs and provide analytical support.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between strategic planning and other key areas of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in strategic planning business analysis or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other analytical tools; experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
