Job Description
TBest is seeking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Manager for our client a top Home Care provider in Buffalo NY. In this role you will be a vital partner to the HR department focusing on recruitment employee engagement and HR operations to support a dedicated team of caregivers. Your leadership will help ensure that HR processes run smoothly and align with the companys mission of providing highquality home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to candidate selection.
- Serve as the primary contact for HRrelated inquiries assisting employees and candidates with policies benefits and hiring procedures.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and prepare orientation materials.
- Maintain and administer employee records.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate on employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
- Drive HR projects including employee training performance reviews and compliance audits to support continuous improvement.
- Oversee payroll functions responding to employee inquiries and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in an HR management role ideally in a healthcare or home care environment.
- Proficiency with HR software payroll systems and MS Office suite.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance a compassionate approach with the practical demands of HR in a care environment.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
