Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate usergenerated content on various platforms to ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and flag inappropriate harmful or fraudulent content.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback regarding content issues to internal teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in community guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of attention to detail in content review processes.
- Collaborate with fellow moderators and report any escalation or irregularities.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills.
- C2 level of English proficiency to communicate effectively in a multilingual work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify nuances in content.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Onsite in Thessaloniki Greece.
- Contract Type: Permanent with a 6month probationary period.
- Work Schedule: Flexible shifts to accommodate content review 24/7 (40 hours per week / 5 days).
Relocation Package:
- Accommodation: 2 weeks of hotel stay upon arrival.
- Relocation Support: Airport pickup and assistance with finding accommodation up to EUR 350.
- Document Support: Help with legal documentation and work permits for a smooth relocation process.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 14 salaries per year as part of a permanent contract.
- Meal Allowance: EUR 85 per month.
- Transport Allowance: EUR 65 per month.
