Overview:
Tek Wissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. The client is a San Francisco Californiabased SaaS company that offers a data connectivity platform whose services include data onboarding the transfer of offline data online for marketing purposes. The company has offices in the United States Europe Australia and Asia.
Title: Entry Workplace Experience Specialist
Location: San Francisco CA 94104
Duration: 1 Month

Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the stocking and retocking of all food and beversge items as needed
- Assist with lunch distribution by Forkable (lunch vendor)
- Assist in supervising building personnel on the facility maintenance housekeeping sanitation and distribution
- Assists in the relocation of employees to new offices and the movement of desks computers within the office
- Responsible for daytoday facility maintenance housekeeping sanitation and distribution
- Evaluate and inspect purchases
- Prepare manuals administrative guides and staff communications to assure safe and efficient institutional management services
- Assist in fire and safety program coordination
- Arrange for Inhouse events setup and setdown (i.e.Town Hall Team offsites) and refreshments
- Perform other duties as assigned; working closely with the Workplace Experience coordinator
