Overview:
Novo Staffing LLC is seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to join their team across multiple locations in California. The ideal candidates will have experience in occupational therapy and be licensed to practice in the state of California.
Position:
- Fulltime.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and reevaluations to assess clients functional abilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Utilize various modalities including neuromuscular reeducation therapeutic exercises and wound care.
- Ensure safe discharge planning and provide home exercise programs and caregiver instructions.
- Supervise occupational therapy assistants aides and students.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirement Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy.
- Must be licensed to provide occupational therapy in the state of California.
- Strong skills in administering assessments and selecting evidencebased interventions.
Additional Information:
- Payment Terms: 105 days.
- Replacement Terms: 90 days.
- RTR Process Applicable.
