Programmer Analyst to augment the VDSS team on a deployment of a MicroSoft PowerApps application for LDSS Compensation Plan Administration and Reconciliation Tool Replacement.

CompleteDescription: The Microsoft Power AutomateRPA Programmer Analyst responsibilitiesincludes:

Design implement and maintain automation solutions using toolslike Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate RPA.

• Interface with business clients to understand business needs and requirements.
• Demonstrate adaptability and creativity in response to client needs and requests.
• Demonstrate technical competency knowledge and communicate and collaboration skills to work with business clients and technical teams.
• Develop secure scalable and efficient data solutions that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft PowerApps SharePoint and other Microsoft services.
• Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Deliver work products free of significant technical or defects and manage project timelines effectively.
• Help design the system architecture process to create define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration.
• Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
• Conduct enduser training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
• Work with the support team to resolve production support issues.

Ensure compliance and governance in the use of these tools acrossthe organization.

Develop oversee and maintain RPA bots and automated workflows.

Stay abreast of the latest developments and updates in MicrosoftPower Platform and related technologies

Skills: Required

MinimumQualifications (Required): The Microsoft Power AutomateRPA Programmer Analyst musthave:

Excellentleadership communication and training skills (written and presentation) skills.

510years of experience in business process automation ideally with a focus onMicrosoft Power Platform using including both canvasapps and modeldriven applications.

Demonstrated proficiencywith PowerApps and Power Automate including experiencewith Dataflows FormsPower BI SharePoint and other related tools.

Strong understanding of business process management workflowautomation and usercentric solution development.

Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Demonstrate effectiveness in building rapport and relationship andestablish immediate credibility across diverse teams of peers andendusers to build consensus and achieve goals throughcollaboration.

BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination ofcoursework and experience in computer systems concepts and design

Experienceworking in Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications(Desired):

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or other relevant certifications demonstrating expertise in Power Apps Power Automate Microsoft Dataverse or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (Power BI).
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency with PowerApps and Azure pipeline development.
• Demonstrate expertise in Azure cloud services including but not limited to Azure Functions Logic Apps Azure SQL Database and Azure Active Directory to develop and implement solutions that leverage these technologies.
