Job Description
The Oracle HCM Cloud Administratorprovides expertise in supporting and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud application. Consultant should have experience inrequirements and business process analysis solution design productconfiguration data integration data conversion reports development andOracle Quarterly Upgrade management including Regression Testing.
The Oracle HCM Cloud Administrator responsibilities includes:
- Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
- Creating functional and technical document of the proposed solution to meet the client requirements.
- Configuring the Oracle HCM Cloud application based on the proposed design.
- Supporting the testing and migration efforts throughout the Software Lifecyle.
- Coordinating the quarterly Oracle application upgrade Regression Testing effort.
- Providing functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
- Managing the quarterly upgrades including Regression Testing.
Skills:Required/Desired
MinimumQualifications (Required): The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant must have:
Hands on experience in at least 3 Full Life Cycle implementationof the Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) product from planning to configurationthrough golive.
Strong functional knowledge of the system
Experience with the business processes in HR modules includingRecruiting Core HR Compensation and Learning.
Experience developing Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting (OTBI BI Publisher)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
SupportExperience of Hypercare Support / Application Support / Upgrade Support / Enhancementwork.
Expertisein understanding business requirement; Creating functional specifications;Mapping requirements and perform fitgap analysis; and Transforming Requirementto Application Solution.
