Your role
At SuperOffice youll be busy...
- Communicating with customers via phone email and chat
- Proactively solving issues that our customers encounter when using our CRM
- Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about our product and services
- Working with internal departments to meet customers needs
- Data entry and analysis in various platforms
- Converting customers into passionate evangelists of our CRM
Your Superpowers
We believe youll need these superpowers to succeed but were of course eager to hear your thoughts
- At least 1 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask organize and prioritize work
- Language requirements: fluency in English and German.
- Creativity and energy
- Product evangelism
