Job Description

Your role

At SuperOffice youll be busy...

  • Communicating with customers via phone email and chat
  • Proactively solving issues that our customers encounter when using our CRM
  • Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about our product and services
  • Working with internal departments to meet customers needs
  • Data entry and analysis in various platforms
  • Converting customers into passionate evangelists of our CRM


Your Superpowers

We believe youll need these superpowers to succeed but were of course eager to hear your thoughts

  • At least 1 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask organize and prioritize work
  • Language requirements: fluency in English and German.
  • Creativity and energy
  • Product evangelism
