Job Description
Position Information Type: Fulltime Title: System Analyst (Azure NoSql databases Cassandra SQL) Location Type: Minneapolis MN (Onsite)
Job Description:
- Provide technical expertise in identifying evaluating designing and developing systems processes and procedures that address complex business requirements.
- Gathering reviewing analyzing and translating business requirements and functions into wellorganized systems designs user stories and actionable solutions
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders product teams project management teams engineering teams and external vendors.
- Create technical documents (flow diagrams state & sequence diagrams etc.) as well as processes and procedures documentations.
- Assists with gap identification gap prioritization and gap solution design efforts after business requirements gathering and initial systems configuration and systems
- Collaborates with internal and external technical teams to plan design and develop solutions.
- Lead efforts to identify areas of improvement in existing business process and applications
- Develop expertise and become the Subject Matter Expert on the applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues working with vendor for product support coordinating with crossfunctional teams and managing issues to resolution
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server and Cassandra
- Strong Experience in datamapping using XML and JSON
- Solid understanding of REST and SOAP API Integrations patterns
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as MS Azure
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum
- Strong analytical reporting and problemsolving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams business teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be an organized selfstarter with a collaborative work style and customer service focus.
