CSEC/CAPE Level Proficiency
Pursuing or completed Bachelors degree in Business Administration General Management
Banking & Finance Economics Business Administration or related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite in particular Microsoft Excel
Normal office environment
Userfriendly and Ergonomically workstation outfitted with telephone headset email access.
Might be required to work extended hours
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Directly: Supervisor
Indirectly: Company Manager/CEO
JOB DESCRIPTION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. OUTBOUND CLIENT CALLS AND CONTACTABILITY (60% of your time)
Facilitate and engage outbound calls to companies and clients daily for signups.
Execute routine followup calls and through other means to prospective and new companies.
Actively manage company engagement with calls and emails to secure buyin
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
Meets daily and weekly targets arranged with Supervisor.
2. COMPANY OUTSOURCING (35% of your time)
Source prospective companies and clients from online local and international platforms for contacting and onboarding.
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Career Jamaica The Sunday Gleaner Caribbean Jobs weekly to source prospective companies.
Receive and document referrals by other companies to contact.
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
Meets daily and weekly targets arranged with Supervisor.
3. REPORTING (5% of your time)
Provide weekly reports to supervisor on outbound call performance referrals outsourcing and other KPIs deemed necessary.
