About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a dynamic Emergency Medicine Physician to join our clients team. In this role youll take ownership of providing highquality care in emergency departments utilizing your expertise in emergency medicine patient care and critical decisionmaking. Your Mission:
- Deliver exceptional patient care in emergency departments providing comprehensive emergency services and making critical decisions during 12 twelvehour shifts per month (emergency medicine patient care critical decisionmaking).
- Engage with patients and their families ensuring effective communication and compassionate care to provide the safest and highest quality medical services (interpersonal skills patient engagement).
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members in a dynamic teamoriented environment (collaboration team leadership communication).
Core Competencies:
- Emergency Medicine Expertise: Clinical excellence and critical decisionmaking in emergency settings.
- Patient Care & Communication: Interpersonal skills patient interaction and family engagement.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide the highest standard of care.
- Healthcare Compliance: Knowledge of medical protocols and regulations.
What You Bring:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
- Certifications in ACLS and PALS required for delivering advanced cardiac and pediatric life support.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members.
- A passion for patient care and a desire to contribute to a supportive teamoriented environment.
Skills Required:
- Emergency Medicine: Board Certified or Eligible.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Team Collaboration: Working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Certifications:
- ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Board Certification Emergency Medicine
Education:
- Medical Degree with Emergency Medicine training
- Residency completed in Emergency Medicine
Work Environment & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $325000 to $380000.
- Generous compensation package including student loan repayment signon bonus and relocation assistance.

- Flexible work schedule with 12 twelvehour shifts per month.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
