Position Overview
The practice is looking for a dedicated general dentist to start immediately. With deep roots in the community this office boasts a loyal patient base and a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide highquality general restorative dentistry
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced staff
- Maintain a patientfirst approach in all interactions
- Help manage and oversee clinical operations
Practice Information
- Office Hours: Monday Wednesday 8 AM 5 PM; Thursday 8 AM 2 PM
- Team: 3 fulltime hygienists 3 assistants front desk staff and a manager
- Patient Demographics: Primarily feeforservice with limited PPOs
Equipment
- All digital
- iTero Scanner and Conebeam
Compensation
- Base Salary: $200k $250k per year
- SignOn Bonus: $10k for fulltime dentists
- Expected Hours: 32 40 hours per week
Requirements
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Commitment to patient care and qualitydriven dentistry
- Willingness to engage with the Redmond community
