Job Description
The Social Worker will provide Home Hospice in a 35 mile radius from our Zanesville campus (5 counties). Schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday Friday. No weekends. No oncall.Requirements include: BSW or MSW active Ohio license (cannot be in process) BLS and at least 2 years of current or very recent Hospice experience.Travel time is built into the rate so there will be no separate mileage reimbursement.
