Job Description

The ideal candidate will conduct assessments to evaluate students speech language and communication abilities develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings. This position also involves collaborating with teachers parents and other school staff to support students communication needs monitoring students progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. The candidate will also maintain accurate and uptodate records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree SpeechLanguage Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCSLP) from the American SpeechLanguageHearing Association (ASHA)
  • State license or eligibility for licensure as a SpeechLanguage Pathologist
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
