Elevate Calls Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our CRM projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Software as a Service (SaaS) products be skilled in requirement writing and have proven expertise in the Atlassian Suite tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage CRM projects from inception through delivery ensuring ontime and onbudget .
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
* Write clear actionable requirements that capture all expected functionalities of the application.
* Develop a plan to achieve the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and ensure that the team stays on track to meet this goal.
* Ensure the team has everything they need to complete their tasks planning work in 2week sprints and tracking progress.
* Proactively identify and resolve any blockers or issues that may impact the teams ability to meet deadlines.
* Organize and facilitate team meetings including sprint planning retrospectives and standups ensuring efficient communication and problem resolution.
* Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking documentation and team collaboration.
* Continuously monitor project progress manage risks and ensure adherence to company and client requirements.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business IT Project Management).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects preferably with CRM and SaaS products.
* Strong familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (Jira Confluence).
* Experience leading teams using Agile methodologies managing 2week sprints and delivering MVPs.
* Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
