Job Description:
We are seeking detailoriented and motivated Online Community Moderators who are fluent in Dutch Ukrainian Czech Slovakian or Hebrew to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki. As an Online Community Moderator you will play a crucial role in reviewing monitoring and managing usergenerated content to ensure it meets our community guidelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and moderate usergenerated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Identify and remove inappropriate harmful or offensive content.
Provide timely feedback and insights on content trends and issues.
Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes and tools.
Assist in the development of best practices for content moderation.
Maintain accurate records of moderated content and report on patterns as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Dutch Ukrainian Czech Slovakian or Hebrew (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of cultural nuances and regional sensitivities related to content.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities is advantageous.
