Job Title: Clinical Dietitian
Location: Columbus GA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Dietitian to join our healthcare team in Columbus GA. The ideal candidate will provide expert nutritional care to patients develop individualized nutrition plans and collaborate with medical professionals to ensure optimal patient health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients nutritional needs and develop appropriate diet plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition management.
- Collaborate with doctors nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress adjusting nutritional care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and dietary plans.
- Stay current with the latest nutrition research and regulations to ensure best practices.
MustHaves:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Dietetics Nutrition or a related field.
- Registered by the Commission of Dietetic Registration (or eligible for registration).
- Licensed Dietitian as required by Georgia state regulations.
NicetoHaves:
- Relevant work experience in a healthcare setting particularly in clinical nutrition or dietetics.
