Our client is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Iron River MI for a 3month temporary contract. As an LPN you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our patients.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the physician

Assist with patient assessments and care plans

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care

Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records

Adhere to all nursing standards policies and procedures

Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control protocols

Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members

Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of Michigan

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and practices

Basic computer skills

BLS certification

Ability to work flexible hours and handle a fastpaced environment
