Job Description

We are a leading Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) specializing in cybersecurity solutions for Hawaii organizations. Our team delivers comprehensive endpoint protection network security and compliance solutions to keep our clients digital assets secure against sophisticated and fast evolving threats.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to accelerate our sales growth. This role requires strategic thinking excellent communication skills and capability of identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive all aspects of the Cypac sales cycle from prospecting to closing:

1. Prospect and generate new leads through market research networking and targeted outreach
2. Qualify leads and identify decisionmakers within target organizations
3. Schedule and conduct initial discovery meetings to understand client needs
4. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
5. Create and present tailored proposals and quotes
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals
7. Ensure smooth handover to implementation teams and manage client onboarding

  • Develop and execute a plan to achieve sales quota and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction with Cypacs services.
  • Maintain strong clients relationships understanding their needs and upselling through tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Stay uptodate with MSSP trends emerging threats and competitive landscape.
  • Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to promote our services and expand our network.

Requirements

  • Independent thinking and strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced business and changing technology environment.
