Payment Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor daily fiat and crypto payments (onramp and offramp) for customers.
• Reconcile payment flows ensuring that funds are correctly credited and debited.
• Monitor transaction flows identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with banks and thirdparty payment providers to address issues or delays in transactions.
• Maintain compliance with AML KYC and other regulatory frameworks related to payments.
• Provide customer support for paymentrelated queries and troubleshoot transaction errors.
• Assist in the integration of new payment methods and gateways.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of payment operations to management.
• Optimize payment processing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in payment processing banking or financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with bank payment networks and cryptocurrency wallets.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.

Location

• Remote. Candidates residing in the CET/GMT time zones are preferred. The working hours are from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm to accommodate both Australian and Canadian transactions.
