Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing sales orders prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities coordinate sales activities and contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions.
- Ensure all sales and customer interaction documentation is accurate and uptodate including contracts proposals and correspondence.
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability track shipments and update customers on delivery statuses.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team including scheduling meetings organizing travel arrangements and preparing presentation materials.
