Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media:
Campaign Strategy & Management:
Develop execute and manage paid media strategies (Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram LinkedIn etc.) aligned with business goals.
Set clear KPIs for all paid campaigns and monitor performance.
Conduct thorough keyword research to guide PPC and SEO efforts.
Manage budgets bid strategies and ensure the highest possible ROI for ad spend.
Ad Creation & Optimization:
Design and write compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
A/B test creatives landing pages and targeting options to optimize performance.
Work closely with the content team to develop appropriate ad visuals and materials.
Performance Tracking:
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics Facebook Insights etc.) to measure and report campaign effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale successful strategies.
Track and report on key metrics (impressions clicks conversions CTR CPC CPA etc.).
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
SEO Strategy & :
Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and make recommendations for technical SEO improvements.
Identify relevant highvalue keywords and optimize onpage content (title tags meta descriptions etc.).
Build highquality backlinks through outreach and linkbuilding initiatives.
Content Optimization:
Collaborate with the content team to ensure that website copy and blog content are optimized for search engines.
Provide keyword recommendations and ensure that content aligns with SEO best practices.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console SEMrush and Ahrefs.
Provide regular reports on SEO performance highlighting key metrics (organic traffic keyword rankings backlinks etc.).
Stay uptodate with industry trends algorithm updates and emerging best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business or a related field. (Equivalent work experience may be considered.)
Experience:
Minimum 35 years of handson experience in managing paid media campaigns and SEO.
Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads Facebook Instagram and other platforms.
Strong SEO experience including keyword research onpage optimization and linkbuilding strategies.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics Google Ads SEMrush Ahrefs Moz and social media ad platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience with A/B testing and performance tracking.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and technical SEO best
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
Experience working in a franchise or multibrand environment
Experience with eCommerce platforms (if applicable to your business model).
