Job Overview:

Elevate Calls Inc. is seeking a skilled and customeroriented Technical Support Representative to join our team specializing in Smart Alarm Security Systems. In this role you will provide exceptional support to our customers ensuring the seamless operation and troubleshooting of their security systems. If you are techsavvy have strong communication skills and are passionate about customer service wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide firstlevel technical support to customers via phone email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to smart alarm security systems including software hardware and connectivity problems.
  • Guide customers through installation setup and configuration processes.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higherlevel support or engineering teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology advancements and product features to effectively assist customers.
  • Assist with product testing and feedback to enhance service and product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 12 years of technical support or customer service experience preferably in a technology or securityrelated field.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking IoT devices and security systems. Familiarity with alarm systems is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
