Role Description
Supplier Quality Engineer
On site at Contract Manufacturer (CM) as SQE representative.
o Collaborate with CM IQC in material issue verification spec alignment and preliminary FA short term action to prevent material shortage issue.
o Communicate issue with SQE & vendors to drive FACA.
o Manage correlation activities at CM IQC to drive closure of correlation gap.
Minimum Qualifications
78 years of experience in relevant positions at consumer electronic manufacturing site.
5 years or above experiences in Quality management area for mechanical components.
Ability to communicate in Vietnamese and English or Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience of mechanical part manufacturing processes including: CNC(Computer numerical control) molding Polishing PVD Sandblasting Anodization SubAssembly.
Ability of measurement management (MTD 3D scan fixture design GR&R Correlation AIM ALT)
Ability of project management reporting skills both verbal and writing.
Familiar with Quality tools in handling material issues.
Demonstrated sense of ownership detail oriented organized and handson.
