About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our clients team. This role offers a $15000 signon bonus and focuses on delivering objective assessments goal setting and treatment planning to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes. The schedule is flexible with options for TuesdaySaturday or WednesdaySaturday shifts either in the Acute Rehab Unit or split between the Acute Rehab Unit and Inpatient Units.
Your Mission:
- Perform thorough and quantifiable assessments of patients selfcare functions considering treatment diagnosis cognitive function and activities of daily living.
- Establish measurable and realistic treatment outcome goals tailored to each patients needs and condition.
- Develop and implement dynamic treatment programs aimed at achieving or advancing toward established outcome goals ensuring consistency and continuity.
Core Competencies:
- Patient Assessment & Treatment Planning: Proven ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment programs.
- Therapeutic Expertise: Strong understanding of occupational therapy best practices with a focus on enhancing patient recovery.
- Goal Setting & Communication: Ability to set clear measurable goals and communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
What You Bring:
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program with at least a bachelors degree.
- Licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Idaho (candidates may apply prior to licensure).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in Acute Care settings.
Work Environment & Benefits:
- $15000 signon bonus
- Flexible schedule options:
- TuesdaySaturday (five 8hour shifts)
- WednesdaySaturday (four 10hour shifts)
- Schedule shared 50/50 between Acute Rehab Unit and Inpatient Units if desired.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
