Job Description

Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1300 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

As a Patient Care Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for patients playing a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The majority of your time will be spent on the phone helping patients with scheduling inquiries and concerns. Youll also provide limited support via SMS and emails. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service while working closely with internal teams to resolve patient concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for patients mainly through phone communication.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond to patient inquiries ensuring quick resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely updates on patient cases.
  • Keep detailed records of patient interactions using CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Nativelevel English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Techsavvy with a willingness to learn new systems including CRM tools like Go High Level (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with Google Sheets Gmail and Slack.
  • Strong customer service background ideally in the medical or healthcare field.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and efficiently.

NicetoHaves

  • Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant.
  • A friendly and clear speaking voice.
