You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a skilled Data Scientist Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent in the data science field. As a key member of our HR team you will play a crucial role in sourcing recruiting and hiring exceptional data scientists who will contribute to our mission of leveraging data for strategic decisionmaking and growth.
Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage highcaliber data science professionals. Utilize various channels including job boards social media networking events and industry conferences.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes conduct initial screenings and assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit. Facilitate technical assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their data science hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about salary trends job market conditions and competitor hiring practices. Use this information to advise on competitive compensation packages and recruitment strategies.
Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as timetofill source of hire and candidate conversion rates. Use data to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates industry professionals and academic institutions. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on data science or technical roles preferred. Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring data science professionals.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with data science roles technologies and skills (e.g. machine learning statistical analysis data visualization programming languages such as Python or R).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Experience with recruitment analytics and using data to drive decisions.
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Data Science or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. SHRM PHR) are a plus.
Tools and Software: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Familiarity with data visualization tools and CRM systems is a plus.
