As an RPO Specialist you will be responsible for managing and executing recruitment processes on behalf of our clients. You will work closely with client HR teams to understand their hiring needs develop tailored recruitment strategies and ensure the seamless delivery of talent acquisition services. Your expertise in recruitment and client management will be crucial in delivering highquality candidates and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs organizational culture and job requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to each clients specific needs including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding processes.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify and attract top talent. Leverage social media job boards and professional networks to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Candidate Management: Manage the endtoend recruitment process for clients including candidate screening interviewing and coordination of offer and negotiation processes.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to meet client expectations.
Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress metrics and key performance indicators. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make datadriven recommendations.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.
