Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global HR practices and the ability to navigate complex international employment regulations. This role will involve providing strategic HR guidance to organizations expanding into or operating in multiple countries ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering effective HR practices across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement comprehensive global HR strategies.
- Advise on best practices for international talent management organizational design and HR policies.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws regulations and cultural practices in various countries.
- Assist in managing and mitigating risks related to international employment and HR practices.

Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Provide guidance on international recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Support clients in developing effective talent management and employee development programs.

- Advise on global compensation strategies benefits packages and reward systems.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices in different regions.

CrossCultural Training:
- Develop and deliver training programs on crosscultural communication and management.
- Facilitate workshops to enhance employees understanding of international business practices.

- Provide ongoing support and advisory services to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration International Relations or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR consulting with a focus on international or global HR practices.
- Strong knowledge of international labor laws compliance issues and cultural differences.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects across multiple countries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Professional certifications (e.g. SHRMSCP GPHR) are a plus.
